I am a Year 8 student at Kereru Park Campus in Auckland, NZ. I am in Akomanga 3 and my Kaiako is Whaea Lujoe. This is a place where I will share my learning. You're right, the Māori name for New Zealand is Aotearoa— do you know who gave this name to New Zealand?
Also, did you know that English and Te Reo Māori are not the only official languages of New Zealand? Sign language is also an official language here in New Zealand.
Auckland does have the highest population, but Wellington is the capital— can you tell me the population of Auckland?
